Clair is responsible for aligning commercial activity with operational execution across the group. With a strong focus on process, performance, and customer experience, Clair plays a central role in ensuring the seamless delivery of AIR ONE’s commercial commitments across its airline and charter operations.

Head of Charters
Mark oversees the planning and delivery of the group’s global charter programme. With deep expertise in aircraft chartering and freight logistics, Mark ensures every charter is delivered with the flexibility, reliability, and precision that our customers depend on.

Saeed manages complex charter operations across a global network of freighter capacity. Saeed has over 15 years of experience in the air cargo industry, and plays a key role in delivering tailored charter solutions for customers worldwide.

Charter Executive
Shaun combines operational knowledge with a relationship-led commercial approach, to help clients find practical, reliable solutions. Shaun has over 25 years’ experience across airfreight, airline sales, charter, ground handling and time-critical logistics.
Matthew Thear
Head of Charter Delivery
Matthew leads charter delivery at AIR ONE and is responsible for the operational execution of the group’s charter programme from booking through to completion. With a career in aviation spanning more than three decades, Matthew brings exceptional depth of knowledge to the complex, time-critical logistics that cargo charter operations demand – ensuring every flight is managed with precision and professionalism.

Director, Hong Kong
Spencer leads AIR ONE’s scheduled service operations from Hong Kong. With over two decades of experience in the air freight industry, Spencer oversees commercial activity and customer relationships across the Asia-Pacific region.
Ilya Gavrilin
Business Development Director
Ilya brings over 15 years of experience as a commercial leader and holds deep expertise across major Asia-Pacific markets. Having worked across both the airline and freight forwarding sides of the business, he brings a strong understanding of our customers as well as our operations.
Benny Kwan
Customer Service Manager
Benny has over two decades of experience in customer service within the air freight industry. He has worked across China and Hong Kong and has experience of the operational side. As Customer Service Manager, he is the main point of contact for our scheduled flight service.
